Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last Updated On: 05-Aug-2026

Effective Date: 05-Aug-2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Art Land Design (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the website at https://artland3d.com (the “Service”). You can contact us at any time at info@artland3d.com.

What We Collect:

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact or quote forms we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project — together with any files you choose to attach.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, our hosting and the third-party services listed below receive standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you.

How We Use Your Information:

  1. Responding to enquiries. To answer your message, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you go on to commission.
  2. Live chat support. To operate the chat widget on our pages and to respond if you start a conversation.
  3. Analytics. To understand how the Service is used and improve it. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.
  4. Security and spam prevention. To protect our forms from automated abuse.

How We Share Your Information:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do use the following third-party services, which receive data as described. Several are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence.

  1. Google (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager) — website analytics. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Google receives technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view.
  2. Crisp (live chat) — powers the chat widget. Crisp receives your IP address, browser information and the pages you view, and sets a session identifier on your device. This also lets us see which pages are being viewed and the visitor’s approximate country, so we can offer help at the right moment. The Crisp script loads with the page, so that chat is available the moment you want it. If you start a conversation, the conversation content is stored so that we can reply to you.
  3. Cloudflare (Turnstile) — anti-bot protection on our contact and quote forms. Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser information and a device signal in order to confirm you are not an automated system.
  4. CookieYes — manages our cookie banner and records your consent choices, so that we can demonstrate what you agreed to.
  5. Content delivery networks (jsDelivr, unpkg) — deliver standard front-end code libraries. These receive your IP address and browser information as a normal part of serving files.
  6. Akismet — spam filtering, where comment functionality is in use.

We may also disclose your personal information: (a) to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders or legal process; (b) to enforce our agreements, including this Privacy Policy; (c) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates third-party rights; and (d) in the event of a merger or acquisition, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owner.

How Long We Keep It:

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the working relationship and for our own records. Chat sessions where no conversation is started are short-lived. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your Rights:

Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights:

  • Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
  • Receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
  • Request the portability of your personal information to another entity.
  • Withdraw consent for processing your data. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time from the Cookie Settings link on our Cookie Policy page.
  • Lodge a complaint with a statutory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at info@artland3d.com. Please note that if we are unable to collect or process necessary personal information, this may limit your access to parts of the Service.
