3D Solutions for Architecture, Product, and Interactive Visualization

4 min read

Most studios pick a lane. Either they do architectural renders, or they do product CGI, or they do animation — and when a client needs all three on one project, the work gets handed off to two or three vendors who don’t talk to each other. Our 3D solutions are organized differently. The same team that builds your exterior render can handle the walkthrough animation, the interactive web demo, and the product shots for the marketing campaign. One pipeline, one set of assets, one studio answering your emails.

Over 2 decades of work and 1,500+ projects later, we’ve delivered across pretty much every category of 3D work a client could reasonably ask for. We’re not the world’s best at any single niche. We just cover more ground than most studios our size, and we’ve seen enough briefs to know what your project probably needs before you finish describing it.

Architectural 3D Solutions

The bulk of our work. Exterior visuals for residential homes, villas, mixed-use developments, and master plans. Interior renders for apartments, kitchens, hospitality spaces, and offices. Drafting and BIM output produced in Revit. Animations cut for sales offices and investor decks. Panoramic tours that let buyers walk a unit before it’s framed.

A note on scope — our drafting work supports licensed architects and engineers. We produce preliminary drawings, design development, and BIM models, but we don’t stamp or certify. The structural engineer of record still does what they do.

  • 3D Architectural Design — photoreal exterior and interior renderings for marketing, presentation, and planning.
  • Architectural Drawing — Revit-based drafting, floor plans, elevations, sections, and DWG/DXF packages.
  • Architectural animation — cinematic walkthroughs and flythroughs, traditional renderer or game-engine real-time.
  • 360° panoramic tours — interactive virtual experiences for off-plan property and real-estate presentation.

For a developer pitching off-plan apartments, a walkthrough animation often answers questions that a drawing package cannot. Investors won’t spend an hour decoding elevations and sections. They want to see the lobby.

Product 3D Solutions

Industrial equipment, machinery, consumer goods, furniture, and everything in between. Our typical product job starts with a STEP file from engineering, gets cleaned up, materialed, lit in a virtual studio, and rendered for hero images, e-commerce angles, or animated explainers. Sometimes we build the model from photos and dimensions instead — the route depends on what the client has.

  • 3D Product Visualization — studio-lit imagery, marketing visuals, and render-ready assets in PNG, JPG, or PSD.
  • 3D Product Animation — explainer videos, ads, mechanism animations, and feature walkthroughs.
  • Model libraries — when you need hundreds of products built to a consistent spec, we’ve delivered that scale before.

Interactive and Web-Based 3D Solutions

This is one of the clearer differentiators in our offering. Most visualization studios stop at static renders or pre-rendered animation. We build custom interactive web applications using Three.js and WebGL — product configurators, material selectors, virtual showrooms, and architectural visualizers that run in any browser without a plugin or download.

If you’ve ever asked a developer to add a “rotate and customize” feature to a product page and watched the quote come back at six figures from a generic web shop, we’d encourage you to ask us instead. We build the 3D content and the application around it.

Animation and Cinematic 3D Solutions

We deliver both traditional cinematic animation (3ds Max plus After Effects and Premiere for post) and game-engine real-time walkthroughs. Architectural flythroughs, product explainers, character animation, marketing videos, and educational/explainer series for technical topics.

Half the value of a good animation is that everyone shuts up about the static views and starts arguing about pacing instead — which is the conversation that actually closes deals.

Secondary 3D Solutions

These aren’t where most of our revenue comes from, but they’re available when the project calls for them. We’ve taken on enough of each to know what the work involves.

  • 3D modeling for 3D printing — characters, figures, decorative items, prototype geometry in ZBrush, Blender, or 3ds Max.
  • Character design and animation — stylized or realistic, 2D concept through to rigging and animation.
  • Low-poly optimization and game-ready assets — proper UVs, baked textures, browser-ready when needed.
  • Organic modeling for mascots and sculptures.

What’s Outside Our 3D Solutions

Worth being explicit about what we don’t do. We don’t take engineer-of-record responsibility, don’t stamp structural or MEP documents, and don’t produce permit-certified construction drawings. We don’t handle precision manufacturing engineering for production-ready industrial parts. If your project needs that kind of certification, you need a licensed firm — and we’re happy to be the visualization partner alongside them.
